George Youssef has been well known for his catering in the Wichita area for over 20 years. He will conceptualize a unique menu for each customer. There is no request too small or large. Our chefs are well known for their different styles of cooking that range from Mediterranean, European, Hispanic, Italian flavors and more. Catering is available for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Georges food has been the spotlight of many weddings and high-end events.

We take to go orders for lunch and dinner during business hours. Reservations are suggested. Please call us at (316) 831-1325 between 11am-10pm, Monday to Thursday and 11am-11pm Friday to Saturday for orders / reservations. We are closed for business on Sunday.

Our Story

Georges French Bistro opened Fall of 2015 in the heart of College Hill at 4618 E. Central and Oliver. The 72 seat bistro, patio and bar is filled with regulars, neighbors and visitors alike. The lively buzz of the dining room and open kitchen is inviting, exciting and intimate. Georges Bistro offers beautifully prepared food with professional service at reasonable prices.

Our Chefs

Georges Youssef, Executive Chef

As many know, Chef Georges Youssef cooks with passion. Growing up in a Lebanese family, he quickly learned to create fresh and unique flavors made with love. The same spirit Georges possesses is carried by his mother. He attributes her to his love of cooking.

Georges got his flair for French cooking in Montreal, Canada. Later, he attended culinary school at La Cité Collégiale. In 1998, he came to the United States to help a Wichita restaurateur with his businesses and later become partners of Uptown Bistro and owner of Novelle Café.
